Event Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking organized and proactive Event Coordinators to join our team. Event Coordinators will be responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of all events related to the organization’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

  1. Event Planning: Assist in organizing and coordinating events related to the organization’s initiatives.

  2. Venue Management: Help with venue coordination, logistics, and participant registration.

  3. Collaborative Event Mapping: Collaborate with team members to develop event plans and timelines.

  4. Event Preparation: Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging equipment and materials.

  5. Event Support: Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.

Time Commitment

We estimate a commitment of approximately 3-4 hours per week, with flexibility based on the volunteer’s availability. Event Coordinators will participate in regular check-ins and collaborative meetings to align efforts with organization goals.
